SCALABLE CLEAN
FRACTURING SOLUTIONS
FOR INDONESIA
THE FRACPROTEC DIFFERENCE
-
Safety and service quality are foundational to reliable execution, workforce protection, and long-term customer trust. A disciplined operating culture, combined with strong field procedures and continuous improvement, supports consistent service delivery, stronger operational performance, and lower total production cost.
-
A Safety Culture Built on Accountability. Safety is embedded across field, shop, and office operations as a shared responsibility. Teams operate with a strong culture of accountability, situational awareness, and mutual support, helping ensure that risk management remains active at every level of the organization.
-
Advancing Workplace and Wellsite Safety. On-site safety is continuously strengthened through a combination of operational discipline, field-ready technology, and practical control measures. These measures include refreshed safety and environmental protocols, streamlined digital tools for reporting hazards and field observations, enhanced visibility systems across operating locations, and dedicated fire-suppression capability at active sites.
-
Comprehensive training is essential to safe, efficient, and consistent performance. Team-based instruction, structured classroom learning, field-based refreshers, and maintenance onboarding are used together to strengthen technical capability, reinforce safety practices, and improve decision-making in day-to-day operating environments.
-
Continuous Improvement Through Data and Collaboration. Health, safety, and training programs are continuously reviewed and enhanced through operating experience, customer and vendor coordination, and participation in industry best-practice forums. This approach helps improve performance, strengthen alignment across stakeholders, and support a safer, more efficient operating model.
WHY WE ARE THE "PREFERRED" FRACTURING CONSOLIDATOR?
-
Best-in-class, clean-burning mobile natural gas turbine generator technology delivers a greenhouse gas profile materially below Tier IV and dual-fuel fleets.
-
This electric fracturing fleet operates at approximately 85 dB at the well site, compared with conventional frac fleets that typically exceed 115 dB.
-
Next-generation pressure pumping equipment has been engineered to enhance personnel and equipment safety at the well site.
-
Electric fracturing equipment and a single-fuel-source design remove the need for hot fueling or on-pad fuel mixing, regardless of job size or pump duration.
-
With remote operations, no personnel are required in close proximity to process equipment during a frac job, reducing exposure to high-pressure components.
-
Flexible high-pressure hoses and a large-bore manifold system eliminate hammer unions, reduce leak potential, and materially improve operational safety.
-
Unlike conventional or dual-fuel fracturing operations, which may require crews of 25 or more personnel, these operations use automation and advanced electric technology to significantly reduce on-site headcount.
-
With substantial investment in predictive analytics and machine learning, operational data is continuously leveraged to improve efficiency and performance.
-
The electric frac fleet offers an approximately 50% reduction in site footprint relative to conventional fleets and an approximately 85% reduction in power generation equipment relative to natural gas reciprocating engine systems.
-
The aero-derivative turbine technology is field-proven to operate on 100% field gas without requiring third-party gas processing.
-
With OEM-stated reliability of 99.9%, aero-derivative turbines require materially less maintenance than natural gas reciprocating engines, resulting in lower equipment downtime.
FRACPROTEC STRATEGY, CAPABILITIES, AND SERVICE OFFERING
Our strategy is to build FRACPROTEC as a scalable lower-emission fracturing and well stimulation platform focused on Indonesian upstream oil and gas opportunities across conventional low-quality reservoirs (LQRs) and unconventional shale developments. The platform is designed to combine U.S. shale-based technical expertise with cost-conscious local execution, while consolidating critical service lines through strategic partnerships and integrated delivery for challenging Indonesian reservoir environments. In this way, FRACPROTEC is positioned as a fracturing consolidation platform capable of expanding across multiple basins, operators, and service lines.
FRACPROTEC’s core capabilities include hydraulic fracturing, well stimulation, completion engineering, treatment design, and field-based execution support. These capabilities are reinforced by complementary strengths in chemicals, water management, equipment support, logistics coordination, diagnostics, and reservoir advisory. Strategic partnerships further strengthen access to technology, engineering support, specialty chemicals, and operational resources.
As frac consolidation experts in our field, we understand that these are your wells and that you, as the customer, have the most invested in them. At FRACPROTEC and our strategic partners (the "One-Team"), we have completed a variety of treatments and can advise you through the process of your well completion from start to finish, or we can execute your plan as designed by you. With a comprehensive suite of clean frac fluid systems and additives, FRACPROTEC will customize your treatment for your well. We go beyond slickwater and conventional frac to include the following fluid systems:
-

Acidizing is increasingly recognized by operators as an effective completion and stimulation option for certain well conditions. When properly engineered, an acid treatment can help stimulate near-wellbore reservoir rock, mitigate skin damage, and improve pore connectivity through matrix acidizing. In some applications, these benefits may reduce the need for fracture stimulation. FRACPROTEC provides well-specific acid systems supported by dedicated pumping equipment with onboard mixing capability, with experience across energized acid, solvent blends, gelled acid, diverted acid, and other treatment designs. As interest in acid stimulation continues to grow, FRACPROTEC remains focused on practical, fit-for-purpose clean fracturing and stimulation solutions designed to enhance well performance efficiently and economically.

FRACPROTEC was established to provide expert participation in clean hydraulic fracturing and well stimulation services, supported by a team of U.S.-based petroleum engineers with substantial experience across major shale reservoirs in the United States. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a regional office in Jakarta, Indonesia, FRACPROTEC focuses on delivering hydraulic fracturing and related complementary services to Indonesian upstream oil and gas asset owners and operators, including PT Pertamina (Persero), across conventional low-quality reservoirs (LQRs) and unconventional oil and gas developments. As a fracturing consolidation platform, FRACPROTEC has established strategic partnerships with Baker Hughes, Sterling Specialty Chemicals, Ultimate EOR / UT-Austin, and Arsari Group, positioning the company to support technically demanding completion programs through field-based expertise, practical operating experience, and a cost-conscious service model.
