Dr. Frengky Chaniadi, MBA
President
Dr. Chaniadi is the Co-Founder and President of ENERPROGROUP/ENERPROCO LLC. Based in Houston, TX, he travels between North America, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Western Europe and the Far East, working extensively with clients on oil & energy projects/program management, project engineering development services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A in Oil & Gas), management consulting (strategy & operations' transformations), infrastructure project finance, private equity/VC and corporate finance deals.
Dr. Chaniadi is a result-driven executive with over 23 years of international experience accelerating the return on invested capital of oil, gas & energy businesses.. Over the years, he has directly led growth and costs transformations at the US' Fortune 500 and European FTSE 100 companies with a focus on maximizing their Enterprise Values during both expansionary and turnaround situations. Dr. Chaniadi has held various industries' leadership and senior level management consultants' positions with full P&L responsibilities at Deloitte Consulting LLP (Strategy & Operations; Energy and Utilities Practices), Centrica PLC/Direct Energy Limited/Energy America LLC/British Gas PLC (LON: CNA) and Barclays Bank PLC (NYSE: BCS). He started his careers with PT. Diners Jaya Indonesia International and SC Johnson & Son Australia Pty. Limited.
Dr. Chaniadi has a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA Strategy) from Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester, UK; an MBA (Finance) from Durham University Business School, UK; a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom.) degree in Management Science and Quantitative Methods from The University of Western Sydney, NSW, Australia; and a Diploma (Economics) from UTS College, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Dr. Chaniadi was born in Indonesia and is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
M. Rizvi Shihab, M.S.
COO and Director
Mr. Shihab is the COO and Co-Founder of ENERPROGROUP/ENERPROCO LLC and Director of PT. ENERPROCO GLOBAL INDONESIA. He previously spent years in leadership and technical petroleum engineering roles in different business units at Saudi Aramco, Petroleum Services International and Medco E&P. He is a progressive thinking technocrat with an eye on a wide spectrum of specialty chemicals and surfactant additives (for EOR-Enhanced Oil Recovery) solutions for Oil & Gas industry.
Mr. Shihab is a chemical manufacturing expert, excelled in facilitating the implementation of an integral part of the lifecycle asset management process through the use of simulation techniques (using chemical surfactant, polymer and acids) to develop/optimize production schedules for various scenarios. He has led international cross-functional teams with a focus on new chemical solution development, innovation for growth, and EOR process and quality improvements as well as international chemical manufacturing and distribution businesses.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering and a Master’s in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, U.S.A.
Mr. Shihab was born in Indonesia and is trilingual fluency in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic.
Ali Shahab
Head of Finance
Mr. Shahab is the Head of Finance with 20+ years of international experience from North America to Indonesia. He is adept at the development and implementation of systems for the collection, analysis, reporting and verification of financial information. Specialized in financial performance measurement and skilled at mounting and achieving operational objectives through strategic planning and review, audits, problem resolution, trend identification and system improvement.
Mr. Shahab received his BSc (Accounting) from Temple University, U.S.A.
He was born in Indonesia and is highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic and English.
